To register and maintain an account on the 88fdo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.
Registration of an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. Any account found to have been registered by a third party will be closed immediately and any associated balance forfeited.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one active 88fdo account. A duplicate account is one registered by the same person whether or not it uses the same name, contact details, CNIC, device, IP address, payment method, or household address. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88fdo may close all but the oldest active account, void any bonuses credited across duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus play on a duplicate account.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88fdo login credentials. You must:

3.3 Accurate Information. All registration information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 KYC Verification. 88fdo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with international anti-money laundering standards. Players are required to complete identity, address, and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests above PKR 10,000 per transaction. KYC documents are processed within 24 hours in standard cases.
3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 88fdo reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of PKR 500 per month to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy charges being applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 88fdo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL online banking, UBL digital, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, and USDT (TRC-20 network). All fiat transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88fdo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or credit cards issued in names other than the registered account holder.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum single transaction limits and daily aggregate limits are displayed in the 88fdo cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following indicative timelines:
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 88fdo reserves the right to require proof that the deposit source has been used for genuine gaming activity before approving a withdrawal. Deposits that have not been wagered at least once in full on the Platform may be subject to a processing review. This condition does not apply to deposit amounts that carry an active bonus with a wagering requirement — those are governed by Clause 5.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 88fdo operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to relevant authorities. 88fdo reserves the right to delay, freeze, or refuse any withdrawal pending AML review without liability to the Player for the duration of such review.
Withdrawals are always returned to the same payment source as the deposit where technically possible. If your original deposit method is no longer active, contact 88fdo support before requesting a withdrawal. Do not attempt to withdraw to a third-party wallet or account — such requests will be declined.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by 88fdo are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these general terms. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before any part of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game contributions are displayed within each individual promotion.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Abuse of bonus promotions — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for bonus cancellation and account review.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds not utilised and wagering requirements not completed within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 88fdo reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited and in active use will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of credit.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 88fdo Platform is governed by the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 88fdo reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the Player's account. 88fdo's decision regarding any disputed game outcome affected by a technical error is final.
6.3 Sportsbook — Settlement Rules. Sporting event bets are settled in accordance with the rules displayed in the 88fdo Sportsbook section for the relevant sport. In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise does not conclude in accordance with the applicable settlement rules, 88fdo reserves the right to declare the market void and return stakes.
6.4 Obvious Errors. 88fdo reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors in the Sportsbook (such as a cricket match priced at significantly incorrect odds due to a data feed error) and to void any bets placed at such erroneous prices. 88fdo will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.
6.5 RNG Certification. All fixed-odds casino games on the 88fdo Platform use Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run return and do not guarantee specific results for any individual session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended personal entertainment purpose only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of 88fdo intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by 88fdo is governed by the separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By using the 88fdo Platform you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.1 The 88fdo Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fdo excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 88fdo shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from: interruptions to the Platform caused by third-party infrastructure failures; network issues outside 88fdo's control (including Pakistani ISP outages or mobile carrier congestion); force majeure events; or any reliance by you on information provided through the Platform.
10.3 In no event shall 88fdo's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or related to this Agreement exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.1 By 88fdo. 88fdo may suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time if: the Player breaches any provision of this Agreement; fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed; the Player's continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory or legal risk to 88fdo; or applicable law or regulatory guidance requires account closure.
Upon closure for cause, 88fdo reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, the verified balance (less any applicable bonus amounts not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
12.2 By the Player. You may close your 88fdo account at any time by contacting 88fdo support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 88fdo holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall in the first instance be referred to 88fdo's internal dispute resolution process.

Where a material change is made, registered Players will be notified via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the revised terms take effect. Continued use of the 88fdo Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
It is your responsibility to review the current Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date in the Hero section of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you object to any change, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the revised terms take effect.
